Open Settings → Encoder in the studio. Rainbow Land auto-detects your GPU and shows which encoder it's using (NVENC for NVIDIA, AMF for AMD, Quick Sync for Intel). If no GPU is found it falls back to CPU encoding.

Rainbow Land uses ffmpeg to encode your camera/screen into the H.264 format required by all RTMP streaming destinations. Download it from ffmpeg.org and add it to your PATH — Rainbow Land will find it automatically.
