Rainbow Land has no backend servers that receive data from the desktop application. All data stays on your local machine.
Rainbow Land integrates with the TikTok Live API to allow users to stream directly to TikTok Live from the desktop application. The following applies to this integration:
When you connect your TikTok account or enter your TikTok stream key, Rainbow Land:
Your video and audio stream is transmitted directly from your device to TikTok's RTMP ingest servers using your provided stream key. Rainbow Land acts as a conduit only — the stream data is not intercepted, stored, or processed by Rainbow Land.
Your use of TikTok is governed by TikTok's Privacy Policy. Rainbow Land is not affiliated with TikTok and is not responsible for TikTok's data practices.
You can remove your TikTok stream key from Rainbow Land at any time via Settings → Destinations → TikTok → Remove. To revoke any app permissions, visit your TikTok account security settings at tiktok.com/settings/privacy.
The same local-only principles apply to all streaming platforms (YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, etc.). Stream keys for all platforms are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to Rainbow Land's servers.
The rainbowland.cc website may use Cloudflare's standard web traffic analytics, which collect anonymized, aggregated data such as page views and country of origin. No personally identifiable information is collected. No tracking cookies are set on this website.
If you choose to support Rainbow Land via PayPal, your donation is processed entirely by PayPal. Rainbow Land does not receive or store your payment information. PayPal's privacy policy applies: paypal.com/us/legalhub/privacy-full.
Rainbow Land is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our website or application, please contact us at [email protected].
Rainbow Land is open source (MIT License). You can independently verify our data handling practices by reviewing the source code at github.com/Common-joeAI/rainbowland.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
